Finance, data, and the bridge between them.

Profile

A finance practitioner who codes the reporting layer himself.

Patrick has spent the last decade working across controlling, consulting, and compliance — from sales controlling at a fast- scaling SaaS company, to financial-crime advisory at PwC, to business intelligence engagements with mid-market clients today.

That mix is the point. Most reporting failures aren't a tool problem — they're a translation problem between finance, operations, and the systems that hold the data. Northbridge BI sits in that gap: structuring the numbers, building the dashboards, and writing the commentary that turns a monthly close into a strategic conversation.

The practice is intentionally small and senior — engagements are led end-to-end by Patrick, with no hand-offs and no junior layer between you and the work.

How we work

Three principles behind every engagement.

01

Decisions over dashboards

Reporting only matters when it changes what leadership does next. Every output is built backward from the decision it should support.

02

One source of truth

We reconcile data at the source — ERP, CRM, finance systems — so the numbers in the boardroom match the numbers in operations.

03

Transparent, repeatable, owned

We leave behind models and dashboards your team can read, extend, and trust — not black boxes that depend on us.

Focus

Where we add the most value.

Four interlocking disciplines, delivered as a single engagement or as targeted interventions inside an existing finance function.

Financial Reporting & Controlling

Cleaner numbers, faster close, and reports leadership actually reads.

Forecasting & Variance Analysis

Forecasts that catch deviations early and explain the why.

KPI & Performance Management

A KPI set that maps to how the business actually creates value.

Data-Driven Decision Support

Decisions backed by transparent, repeatable analysis — not gut feel.
